1. Subscription and membership policies and conditions.

1.1 monthly membership / first installment

The subscriber chooses the day of payment of the first installment and the monthly installments, understanding the installments corresponding to 30 days.

 

1.2 Membership monthly fees

After having paid the first installment of the plan, the monthly installments are deducted from the chosen means of payment.

 

1.3 Default

Failure to pay the monthly fee after 30 days is considered delinquent, likewise a notice will appear on the website indicating that you should contact the IT department.

 

1.4 Deactivation

The subscriber can request the deactivation of the plan 30 days in advance, at the same time that the website and all contracted services are deactivated.

 

1.5. Plan Deactivation Process

 

The subscriber must send an email toinfo@velbetgroup.comwhere he informs by mail the intention of:

A – Freeze the subscription plan (Can be suspended for a maximum of 60 days)

B – Cancel the subscription plan (The contract is completely terminated)

In the Freezing or Cancellation request email, you must send the request accompanied by the following information:

 

  • Name and surname

  • Identification document

  • contracted plan

  • Request you want to make

 

Once the mail has been received, the commercial area will be placed in contact by telephone where it will be recorded to confirm the request received.

1.6 Total termination of the subscription contract

The VELBET company may terminate the subscription contract of the membership, at the moment that the subscriber is more than 60 days in arrears, so in case this happens and the VELBET company formally terminates the subscription via registered email.

Between the 61st and the 90th day you can request the activation of the subscription plan, formally requesting the emailinfo@velbetgroup.comthe request for activation of the subscription contract, where the same information that is listed in Item 1.5 of this document must be related, therefore, to make the activation of the contract effective, the client must be up to date with the 90 days past due.

 

After day 91, the contract cannot be activated for any reason, for which a new contract must be made and the whole process carried out again, without VELBET being able to guarantee that the information such as DOMAIN is available to that of the initial contract.
